Candle Care

We pride ourselves on only the highest quality candles. Our products only contain all natural Soy wax, Phthalate free or completely synthetic free fragrance, and premium cotton wicks. 

 

To ensure love at first light to last!

-Allow the wax to fully melt all the way across the container every time! (this could take a few hours, so get cozy)

​

-After your candle has burned, you may see "mushrooming". This is a soot ball that forms on the top of the wick. Use scissors, or a proper wick trimming tool to trim the wick to 1/4" before relighting.

This will ensure the candle burns cleaner, and with less heat.

- Never burn when less than 1/4" wax remains in the bottom of the container

  • Do you refill your empty candle containers?
    Yes! If you provide us your thoroughly CLEAN, empty containers, we will refill for a discount of $1/each. -Containers must be cleaned (DO NOT dump wax remains down the drain) -message directly to arrange drop off of empties - Discounted jars only apply to immediate refill orders. - Wynndel Wicks candle containers only *order must be placed & prepaid upon empties drop-off
  • What's the difference between our All Natural Line & Phthalate Free Line
    Wynndel Wicks candles are a safer, cleaner burning alternative. We make all our candles without added harmful dyes, or harsh chemicals found in traditional store bought candles. We created our "All Natural" line specifically for our customers who are sensitive to fragrance oils. Here's the difference: - While our regular line is also safe to use, the process to making the fragrance oil uses some fortified and synthetic ingredients. - Similar to essential oils, using only pure plant and botanic extracts, the all natural line has NO SYNTHETIC ADDITIVES
